Terms of Delivery

Shipping Switzerland
Ordered products will be delivered to any location in Switzerland and Lichtenstein within 1 – 3 working days with Swiss Post (Post Pac Priority).

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs include packaging fees and postage costs (Priority). Two different orders cannot be merged. The shipping costs are calculated separately for each order.

Free shipping from order value: CHF 60 .–
Pick up at the boutique: free of charge

Since the delivery times and shipping costs differ from country to country, please check the delivery time and costs for your destination during the ordering process.

Terms of delivery 
The delivery of the ordered items is at the expense of the customer. The company is not liable for non-delivery or late delivery of the goods due to incorrect specification of the delivery address by the customer or absence of the recipient. The expected delivery times are guidelines. For delivery delays through no fault of your own, e.g. due to force majeure, traffic jams, high delivery volume, bad weather conditions etc., the company is not liable and they do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or to claim damages.

The costs for returns due to the absence of the recipient, failure to pick up the shipment or incorrect address details will be charged to the client.

Transfer of risk, insurance
The company delivers to valid postal addresses within Switzerland and Lichtenstein and to selected countries worldwide. If the customer picks up the goods at the company’s premises, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage passes to the customer when the goods are handed over. If the company sends the goods to the customer, the risk passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the customer by the carrier. If the delivered products have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, the customer is obliged to report such defects to the delivering company (Schweizer Post AG / Fedex etc.) and then to the company immediately after receipt, at the latest after 2 working days. Furthermore, the customer is obliged to keep all material (including packaging material) until the case has been settled.

Right of Withdraw
There is a limited right to withdraw from ordered goods. Since the purchase involves groceries, a withdrawal from the contract by the customer after the order has been accepted by the company is not possible.
